In accordance with Portuguese Law No. 144/2015, consumers have the right to resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities in the event of a dispute related to services provided by Portugal Yacht Charters.

When can you use this service?

Consumers may use this arbitration center to resolve disputes arising from the provision of tourist, leisure, or charter services, without prejudice to judicial means.
